The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
-Overall condition: good. Each shows normal signs of wear commensurate with age including abrasions to the gold. Each with areas of discoloration and evidence of soldering to the gold on the reverse. Earrings fitted with clip backs for pierced and non-pierced ears. Brooch fitted with a double pinstem at reverse. Pinstem is slightly loose but still functional.
-Additional marks: DEPOSE (brooch); BTESGDG (earring backs).
-Sapphires: with typical inclusions, some eye-visible and surface reaching, and few minor fractures.
-Rubies: with typical inclusions and few minor fractures.
-Diamonds: G to H color, VS clarity.
