The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: excellent. Shows very minor signs of wear, some small scratches.
- Additional marks: 750 (both), KS (pendant).
- Fittings: pendant with detachable clasp and safety catch. Brooch with single pin and safety catch.
- Jadeite: in excellent condition.
- Diamonds: 137 round diamonds with a total approxiate weight of 2.00 - 2.50 carats, on average G-H colour, VS-SI clarity.
- Cultured pearls: of white bodycolour with soft rosé overtones. A few small pittings and blemishes. Well matched.
