The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: very good. Shows minor signs of wear, with small scratches.
- Fittings: secure clasp and safety-catch.
- Additional marks: PT950, 750.
- Ruby: 45 oval-cut rubies with total approximate weight of 40.00 - 42.00 carats, with tyical inclusions, a few with small chips to girdle. Heated and some with cavity fillings (Gübelin).
- Diamond: 45 oval-cut diamonds with total approximate weight of 12.00 - 13.00 carats, on average H-I colour, VS clarity.
