The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, some scratches and a few small nicks. Traces of tarnish.
- Fittings: earrings with post and clip fittings, for pierced ears.
- Additional marks: 750 (both).
- Ruby: 3 oval-cut rubies with a total approximate weight of 3.00 - 3.50 carats, with typical inclusions, a few surface-reaching and a few small chips to girdle.
- Diamonds: 96 round diamonds with a total approximate weight of 4.20 - 4.70 carats, on average G-H colour, VS-SI clarity.
