The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, some scratches.
- Additional marks: 750.
- Tanzanite: 1 oval-cut sapphire with approximate weight of 14.50 - 15.00 carats, with typical inclusions, some abrasion marks and a few small chips.
- Diamond: 32 oval and round diamonds with total approximate weight of 3.00 - 3.50 carats, on average H-I colour, VS-SI clarity.
