Various knocks scuffs marks scratches dents and abrasions consistent with use. Each with rubbing and wear to stained/ebonised decoration. As catalogued, one with some losses to either side of the top of the back splat and now with later cruciform cross brace applied to the reverse to support the frame. The other with vertical brace to the reverse of the backsplat. Some shrinkage around the joins. The feet each with small built-up section, but sensitively executed. Drop in seats are later. Seats measure: 41½ in. (106 cm.) high; 21½ in. (55 cm.) wide; 21 in. (53 cm.) deep
