The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall with minor and light tarnish and wear to the base which is structurally sound and in good order. The base reusing some earlier wrought iron elements. The top has been broken through and restored at some juncture and consequently supported by a thin veneer of fiberglass to the underside of the top. The repair has been sensitively done and does not detract. Other minor marks and wear to the top consistent with use. Generally in good order and ready to furnish.
