The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The finish and hardware has been artificially distressed to approximate use and age. There are no visual signs of use or playing. The amplifier is a Fender Blues Junior manufactured without the standard tweed or black tolex covering. The Eminence speaker bears the code 67-0437A. Not tested.

Guitars, amps, cabs and pedals (Instruments) are composite Instruments fabricated with multiple interchangeable parts and components. These include but are not limited to necks, frets, tuners, pickguards, knobs, switches, pickups, and potentiometers. Many instruments in this collection have been used as tools of the trade for a professional musicians and may have often been altered to fit their needs as an artist. These alterations may include changes to the original manufacturer’s parts and finishes. Each lot is sold “as is”. Neither Christie’s nor the Sellers warrant that any Instrument exists in its original state or that any alterations noted in any Condition Report are final.
