The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, with minor abrasions throughout gold. Fitted with a folding clasp.
- Additional marks: BREVETE.
- Dial: signed Cartier, monogrammed K.B.S at the back.
- Glass: in good condition, is slightly mauve.
- Pearls: of white to cream bodycolor, partly with rosé, green and silver overtones, nice luster and typical variations to nacre. With some typical blemishes and some lack of nacre and scratches at surface. Drilled.
- Diamonds: with minor chips at the junction of the table's facets. Some diamonds deficient.
- Movement (18 jewels) is working at time of cataloguing. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is highly recommended. Is signed Cartier Paris.
