The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, with minor abrasions throughout gold. Fitted with a concealed and secured clasp with a security catch. Each of the two pendants is detachable and can be removed from the necklace.
- Additional marks: 18k (on clasp).
- Rubies: the 10 oval unmounted rubies for a total approximate weight of 6.10 carats (weights of each of the rubies: approx. 0.55 carat, approx. 0.85 carat, approx. 0.65 carat, approx. 0.45 carat, approx. 0.75 carat, approx. 0.65 carat, approx. 0.25 carat, approx. 0.55 carat, approx. 0.45 carat and approx. 0.55 carat); the 3 petal-shaped unmounted rubies for a total approximate weight of 10.5 carats (weights of each of the rubies: approx. 3.90 carats, approx. 3.60 carats, approx. 3.00 carats). Carat weight of the rubies set on the pendant cannot be gauged due to the setting. With typical inclusions, surface-reaching and chips at the junction of the table's facets and at the girdle.
- Diamonds: the two main diamonds weighing approximately 0.50 carat each. Bright and lively.
