The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear with minor abrasion marks and traces of tarnish throughout gold, platinum and silver. Fitted with a security clasp.
- Natural pearl: Slightly pinkish white and light gray colour, good to very good luster (LFG certificate). With some typical blemishes and some lack of nacre and scratches at surface. Half drilled.
- Diamonds: on average I to J colour, SI clarity. Colour and clarity have been gauged as far as the mounting permits.
