The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Normal signs of wear, commensurate with age. Brooch fitted with a single pinstem clipback, bracelet fitted with secure clasp with security clatch.
- Diamonds: total approximate diamond weight of the set: 13.5-17.0 carats. On average G to H color, VVS clarity, few surface-reaching and minor chips, bright and lively.
- Emeralds: total approximate emerald weight of the set: 12.5-15.5 carats. With typical inclusions, domes top quite damaged, several surface-reaching and chips.
