- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, commensurate with age. A few abrasions throughout the gold and silver from wear. Significant yellowed glue traces on pearl at brooch's back. Earrings fitted with posts and clip backs for pierced ears, brooch fitted with a single pinstem clipback. Brooch can also be worn as a pendant. Gross weight of each element: earrings 22.64 grams, brooch 17.58 grams.
- Additional marks: Sté SGDP (meaning ‘Sans Garantie Du Gouvernement’ (No Government Guarantee) on articles made in France) on earrings.
- Diamonds: approximate total diamond weight of earrings: 5.0-7.0 carats, approximate total diamond weight of brooch: 4.0-5.5 carats. Approximate total diamond weight of the set: 9.5-12.0 carats. A few surface-reaching and minor chips, bright and lively.
- Cultured pearls: for earrings: with good luster, of cream bodycolor (LFG), typical variations to nacre, with some typical blemishes. For brooch: with nice luster and typical variations to nacre. Of cream bodycolor, partly with slight green overtones. With some typical blemishes. Heavy glue traces at pearl's back.
