- Overall condition: very good. Shows minor light scratches on gold. Fitted with a double pinstem clipback.
- Additional marks: OR 750, B 4.11, E 4.38.
- Diamonds: for a total weight of 4.11 carats, bright and lively.
- Emerald: of 4.38 carats, with typical inclusions, a few minor surface-reaching and slight chips.
