The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, with minor abrasions throughout gold and minor oxidation stains. Each element fitted with a concealed clasp. Gross weight of each element: 42.5 grams (tubogaz watch) and 42.3 grams (braided gold watch).
- Additional marks: 0.750 (on the braided gold watch).
- Diamonds: on average E to H color, VVS to VS clarity. Colour has been gauged as far as the mounting permits. With minor chips at the junction of the table's facets and at the girdle.
- Tubogaz watch: The movement is ticking at the time of cataloguing and all functions are working; however, a service is recommended. Christie’s does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
- Braided gold watch: The movement is ticking at the time of cataloguing. The battery was changed at a watchmaker's on 17 November.
