The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, with minor abrasions throughout gold and minor oxidation stains. Both brooches fitted with a double and secured pinstem clipback. Gross weight of each element: 13.6 grams (‘Plume’ brooch) and 20.3 grams (‘Fleur’ brooch).
- Additional marks: 750, ©, Déposé SSM (on both brooches), OR (on ‘Fleur’ brooch’s pin).
- Turquoises: in good condition, minor chips and scratches at surface.
