The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, commensurate with age. A few scratches and abrasions throughout the gold from wear. Several tarnish traces inside the case. Case's corners are slightly recessed. Opening to reveal a single compartment, hinged plaques.
- Additonal marks: 1 on lacquer on the case's outer side, 1 on the inner cover, 1 on the base cover.
- Lacquer: a few scratches and lack of lacquer.
