The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: Good, shows normal severe signs of wear.
- Movement: The movement is ticking at the time of cataloguing and all functions are working; however, a service is recommended (the movement moves in its case, the casing lug is broken). Christie’s does not guarantee the future working of the movement. Movement is signed Rolex and numbered.
- Dial: silvered dial with light spotting and stains throughout, signed Rolex Osyter Cosmograph Daytona. Serviced hands. Some luminous material have been restored
- Case: in good condition with surface wear and severe scratches through. The case back with surface wear. Severe lacks of enamel on bezel. Services pushers.
- Bracelet: signed Rolex, oyster lock bracelet clasp. Additional marks: 78350 19, 371. Registered Swissmade, Steelinox. The bracelet is loose. Later bracelet.
