The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear with minor abrasion marks throughout gold. Brooch is fitted with a double pin back and single safety catch. Necklace is fitted with a lobster clasp.
- Gross weight of each element: 18.29 grams (brooch), and 6.40 grams (necklace).
- Additional marks: (brooch) © 750, DEPOSE SSM; (necklace) partially erased unidentifiable French maker's mark.
- Diamonds: on average F to H colour, VVS to VS clarity. Colour and clarity have been gauged as far as the yellow mounting permits.
