The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition : good. Shows normal signs of wear, commensurate with age. Minor abrasions throughout the gold and platinum from wear. Fitted with posts for pierced ears. A tiny diamond is missing.
- Additional marks: MECAN,AL, 750, PA, 18k, maker's mark (RK) on clasps.
- Natural pearls: with nice luster and typical variations to nacre. Of cream and white bodycolor, partly with rosé and green overtones. With some typical blemishes. Half-drilled.
- Diamonds: approximate total weight of earrings: 0.1-0.2 carat. Bright and lively.
