The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear commensurate with age, with minor abrasions throughout gold. Brooch fitted with a single pinstem clipback.
-Additional marks: 6.
-Diamond: for an approximate weight of 0.30 - 0.50 carat, on average K to L colour, SI to I clarity.
-Sapphire: for an approximate weight of: 0.10 - 0.20 carat. With typical inclusions, very minor chips at the junction of the table’s facets.
-Enamel: in good condition. Some minor scratches at surface.
