The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
- Overall condition: fair. Shows severe signs of wear. Several abrasions throughout the silver-topped gold from wear. In the form of the Cyrillic initials 'MA' for Dowager Empress Maria Feodorovna and Empress Alexandra Feodorovna. Apparently unmarked.
- Pastes: few small pastes are missing. Some cracks at surface.
- Silk: torn and threaded in a few places.
