The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, with minor abrasions throughout gold. Necklace fitted with a concealed clasp. Earrings fitted with clip backs for non-pierced ears. Brooch fitted with a double pinstem clipback.
-Emeralds: carat weight cannot be gauged due to emeralds’ cut. With typical inclusions, a few surface-reaching, some severe chips at surface.
-Diamonds: approximate total diamond weight of earrings: 0.50-0.70 carat; approximate total diamond weight of necklace: 1.30-1.60 carat and approximate total diamond weight of the pin element of the necklace: 0.03-0.05 carat. On average H to K color, SI1 to P1 clarity. Colour has been gauged as far as the yellow mounting permits. With very minor chips at the junction of the table's facets and at the girdle.
