The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Pencil and gouache on paper. Examined out of the frame. The sheet is secured to a supporting board in two places on the reverse. The edges of the sheet are uneven, consistent with the materials used by the artist. On close inspection, there is a minor crease by the upper edge which could have been present at the time of execution. There is some minor surface dirt. Subject to the above, this work appears to be in very good overall condition.
