Recto : papier insolé avec salissures et légères piqures. Légères pliures et plis de manipulation, angle supérieur gauche de la feuille manquant (restauration) . Dans la marge inférieure au centre, au crayon ‘J’.
Verso : papier insolé, salissures et deux morceaux de rubans adhésif le long de la marge supérieure à droite et à gauche.

Recto : light staining, ime staining, light foxing. Light fold and handling creases, loss in the upper left corner (restoration). Inscribed in pencil 'J' in the lower margin center
