Sheet is loose. Artist's tack-holes to the upper corners and lower right and left edges. Two nicks to the lower left edge. A 03⁄4 inch expertly repaired tear to the left-center upper edge. Light-stained. Rubbing of the pastel along the upper edge, as well as to the lower left and right edges in places. Studio stains below the signature. Flattened diagonal crease along the left upper edge. Faint vertical abrasions along the right edge. A few points of staining to the green pastel in the foreground, possibly from moisture. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work is in overall good condition.
