The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The paper appears to be slightly rippled along the edges. Nail holes are evident around the edges of the work, due to previous framing. An 11 inch repair is noted approximately 8½ inches from the left edge of the work. Discoloration is evident throughout. Otherwise there are no additional apparent condition problems.
