The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Painting in overall good and stable condition. Minor accretion noted along the center and some minor soiling along the lower left corner. Ultraviolet light examination reveals no signs of repairs, tears, or apparent condition issues. Painting is not relined.
