The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is in overall good condition. A small, approximately 1 inch tear is noted 5 inches from the right edge, near the figure's wrist. Edges of the paper appear to have some scuffing and abrasions, noted only when unframed. No other apparent condition problems noted.
