The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is in overall good condition. Under ultraviolet light inspection very minor inpainting in the lower right quadrant is noted. There are certain areas of uneven painting such as the sky near the top of the little steeple and various areas such as the palm trees and columns in building where sketching lines remain unpainted are noted. No condition problems noted.
