The work is in overall very good and stable condition. A small accretion is noted in the center of the lower edge, along the concrete steps. Ultraviolet light examination reveals a few pinpoint areas of inpainting, noted in the upper left quadrant. No further apparent condition issues are noted. The canvas is unlined.
