The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is in overall very good condition. There is one minor speck of paintloss along the lower edge, approximately 8 inches from the right edge. Otherwise, ultraviolet light examination reveals no signs of apparent condition problems.
