Overall in good condition. Surface accretions are noted in the following areas:
- 1 spot 12 inches from the left edge along the lower edge
- 1 spot 3 inches from the upper edge along the right edge
- 1 spot 16 inches from the right edge along the upper edge

Mat burn and slight discoloration/yellowing of paper is noted. A slight scuff in the center of the work, on the vest is noted. Otherwise there are no additional apparent condition problems. The paper is hinged to the mat along the upper right and left edges.
