The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet.
- some short, very fine scuffs in places, mostly visible in the black from an angle or in raking light.
- a few, tiny stains on the hair and the crown of the Queen at top center.
- the sheet curved (having previously been kept rolled in a tube- we would recommend the sheet be flattened by a conservator).
