- some cockling to the handmade papers, intrinsic to the material.
- the tissue paper on a few plates lifting in places along the edges from the wove paper support.
Frau no. 4:
- with a 15 mm. tear at the lower left sheet edge.
- a short strip of staining at the extreme lower right sheet edge.
- pale toning at the upper sheet edge.
Frau no. 11:
- a 20 mm. short tear to the white tissue paper, in the lower margin below the platemark.
Frau no. 12:
- a horizontal crease at the left sheet edge of the pink handmade paper.
- flattened creases at the lower left sheet corner of the wove support, visible in raking light.
Frau no. 16:
- a short 10 mm. tear at the upper right sheet edge. Otherwise as described and in very good condition.
