The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound. There is some soft surface dust and dirt in place. There are some pinpoint sized brown accretions in places. There are some signs of wear and tear in places. There are handling marks in places. There are surface irregularities in places coherent to the materials used by the artist. It is our opinion that the work is in good condition.
