The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

There are the inevitable dents, marks, scratches and rubbing consistent with age and use.

Exterior exhibits dents, cracks and marks, there are some losses to the painted stripes, visible wear to the canvas covering the hinges. The wooden slats appear to have been sandblasted and varnished. The lozine trim and corners exhibit prominent patina, dents and wear. Hardware exhibits oxidation and rust.

Interior is complete, it appears to have been partially restored and repainted (lower part), it exhibits humidity stains, marks and stains.
