The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

There are the inevitable dents, marks, scratches and rubbing consistent with age and use.

Exterior exhibits dents, scratches, marks, there are some losses to the canvas, there are small perforations to the canvas and to the wooden slats. Wooden slats appear to have been sandblasted. One brass metal lock is broken. Hardware and lozine trim exhibit dents, scratches and rust.

Interior is incomplete, it has been restored, still it exhibits light marks.
