There are the inevitable dents, marks, scratches and rubbing consistent with age and use.

Exterior exhibits light marks, the two leather handles seems to have been restored, important marks to the front, initials are faded, unusual police used.

Interior appears to have been restored, compartments lining canvas appears to have been restored, 24 shoes drawers appears to be original and 12 shoes drawers seems to have been replaced (tab not replaced not at the right place ?).
