The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

There are the inevitable dents, marks, scratches and rubbing consistent with age and use.

Exterior lozine exhibits cracks and marks, wooden slats appears to have been sandblasted, canvas seems to have been restored, there are losses and tears to the canvas on hinges, dents to corners, hardware cleaned, marks, stains, there are minor loses to the lozine.

Interior exhibits light marks and stains, the trunk is incomplete, one tray is missing.
