Gilt beechwood: There are some losses to the gilding revealing the red bole, the white gesso and the bare wood underneath especially to the exposed areas of the feet.
Upholstery : There are the inevitable minor wears, marks, stains and tears consistent with age and use.
The removable upholstery is slightly worn, especially to the top, and there are some decolorated areas.
The fabric under the seat is detached and needs to be re-fixed as visible on the main image of the website.
There are some pulled threads to the edges.
