Le tableau est sur sa toile d'origine portant la marque du fabriquant "Ottoz". La tension de la toile est bonne.
On constate au revers quelques petites traces d'humidité ainsi qu'une légère réparation en bas à droite.
La peinture est sur un châssis à clefs.

Le tableau est encrassé et pourrait bénéficier d'un nettoyage. On constate quelques craquelures prématurées dans certains tons verts (à droite et à gauche du modèle) ainsi qu'une craquelure profonde menaçant de se soulever dans le ciel au centre.

A la lumière UV, le tableau apparaît sous un vernis épais, uniforme susceptibles de masquer des restaurations antérieures.

Dans un cadre : 53 x 45 cm environ.

The canvas is unlined, it is held under tension on a keyed stretcher and bears the manufacturer's mark “Ottoz.”
There are a few small traces of moisture to the reverse, as well as a repair in the lower right corner.

The paint surface carries some dirt and would benefit from cleaning. Some premature craquelure can be seen in some of the green tones (to the right and left of the model). There is also some very pronounce craquelure in the sky that is starting to lift and should be stabilised.

Under UV light, the painting appears to have a thick, uniform varnish that may mask previous restorations.
