MEIJI – TAISHO PERIOD (LATE 19TH CENTURY / EARLY 20TH CENTURY)

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

These vases are in overall excellent decorative order. There is some light surface scratches and miniscule nicks to the raised decoration. The surface with some dirt which could benefit from a gentle cleaning.
The brass mounts with surface wear, as to be expected. The top section originally fitted for gas lamps and adapted.
The electirical fitting has been cut and should be replaced by fittings which are PAT tested by a qualified electrician prior to use.
