The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
This work has not been lined. There is minor surface dirt and scuffing to the edges caused by the frame. There is some minor craquelure throughout. Under UV there is an opaque old varnish layer. There is inpainting to the edges under the frame and one spot in the ground under the white horse's back legs.
