The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Overall good condition; some light scratches and wear, particularly to a few small patches on the painted tree-stump; light wear to the gilt rim; a very tiny rim chip near 2 o’clock; a chip to the inside of the footrim (not visible when resting); some tiny firing flaws in the making. No chromium was found in the green enamels during XRF testing.
