- Overall condition good. Some traces of tarnish and scratches throughout. Engraved ' Yes Beatrice' to the reverse. Gross weight: 226 gr. - O.Bachet & A. Cartier, 2020, expertise no. BC2003-16: Art Deco desk clock with folding strut, Cartier Paris for New York stock, circa 1922. Particularity: the arch-shaped table strut clocks like this example contributed along with the round and square models to affirm Cartier's style in clockmaking in the Art Deco years. The guilloché dial with sunburst rays enamelled pink is a continuation of Belle Epoque design prevalent at Cartier. - Case signed Cartier N.Y. and E.W. & C. Co. Inc. France, nos. 203, 5037, 52 and 294. Movement signed European Watch & Clock Co.
