The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Good condition throughout. Copper coating on the crest slightly torn and locally stabilized through metal pins. Copper coating partially lost at the proper right tip of the crest and along the edge of the proper left side. Erosion to the base. At the back, crack to the proper left “wing” of the crest and erosion throughout the surface. No further visible damages or repairs. Patina consistent with age and use.

Bon état général. Revêtement en cuivre sur la crête légèrement déchiré et localement stabilisé par des tiges métalliques. Le revêtement en cuivre partiellement perdu à l'extrémité droite de la crête et le long de la bordure, du côté gauche. Érosion à la base. À l'arrière, fissure sur l'aile gauche de la crête et érosion sur toute la surface. Aucun autre dommage ou réparation visible. Patine conforme à l'ancinneté et à l'utilisation répétée.
