CÔTE D'IVOIRE

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Good condition overall. Two slight cracks below the left eye. Very slight chip on the eyelid of the right eye. At the back of the mask, two cracks on the top, running below the bird. Broken part of the edge, on the top, missing. Crack at the bottom back of the mask, running back of the beard. Some scratches on the surface. No further damage or repair. Patina consistent with age and use.

Bon état général. Deux légères fissures sous l'œil gauche. Très léger éclat sur la paupière de l'oeil droit. À l'arrière du masque, deux fissures sur le dessus, continuant sous l'oiseau. Partie rompue sur la bordure haute et arrière du masque. Fissure à l'arrière du masque, en bas, allant jusqu'à l'arrière de la barbe. Quelques éraflures sur la surface. Aucun autre autre dommage ou réparation. Patine conforme à l'ancienneté et à l'utilisation.
