The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Très bon état général. Petit trou au sommet du crâne et au-dessus de l’œil droit. Légères fissures à l'œil droit, sur les pourtours de la bouche, et des trous d’accroche de la barbe. Légers manques au niveau de deux points d’accroche. Barbe légèrement desserrée. Base percée pour socle. Patine conforme à l’ancienneté et à l’utilisation répétée de l’œuvre, avec restes de kaolin sur le visage.
Very good condition overall. Small hole at the top of the skull and above the right eye. Slight cracks on the right eye, around the mouth, and where the beard was attached. Slight chips at two attachment points. Beard slightly loose. Base drilled for a pedestal. Patina consistent with the age and repeated use of the piece, with traces of kaolin on the face.
