The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Some scratches and nicks to the metal throughout, consistent with normal wear. Some evidence of solder and small areas of tarnish. With screw fittings.
- Rose-cut diamond caps possibly of earlier date.
- Metal unsigned.
- Natural pearls: 12.711 carats (50.84 grains) and 11.874 carats (47.50 grains) (SSEF), of white body colour, partly with rose and green overtones, good lustre, with some blemishes overall, one pearl with some more noticeable pits to the base.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 1.80 - 2.50 carats, with some small replacement stones.
